Once your order has been made, packaged and sent to our courier you’ll be emailed a tracking number.
Please note that Silver Butter cannot guarantee delivery dates.
- All orders are shipped with Australia post. International shipping timelines vary.

Important: Silver Butter is not held liable for any delays caused by third-party couriers or uncontrollable events such as technical issues, weather disruptions, customs delays/ county restrictions. This includes wrong postal address or stolen packages, ect.

Import Duties and Taxes

Silver Butter does not cover the costs of import duties, taxes, and customs fees, that could apply depending on the destination country.

Returns

Because we are made-to-order we do not accept returns, only in exceptional circumstances. Our return policy does not apply for sample sales or from our marked down items.

To be eligible for a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and sent back in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once you have been approved we will give you further instructions on where to send your package.
